How Ruby's Custom Compression Sock Order Process Works
Ruby works with hospitals, corporate clients, and brands to create incredible compression socks for customers and employees! We have created thousands of pairs of socks in a wide variety of designs, and we look forward to working with you!
The process will look a little something like this:
First, fill out this form, so we can have an idea of what you are looking for! We will reach out and schedule a time to talk about what you have in mind for your project. If you have no idea what you’re looking for (only that you want Rubies for your people), that’s okay! We can design socks for you for a nominal fee. We also offer packaging design services as well, just let us know what you need help creating!
Once you decide on your design(s), we will have you sign a contract! It’s nothing intimidating, just a way for us to clarify all the details and lock everything in before production begins. Payment will be required in full at the beginning, and upon payment the magic starts happening! We will draft sample pairs of socks to bring your design to life, and upon your approval we will move into the production process.
The type of compression sock you prefer (uniform vs graduated compression) will determine how long the process will take, as well as your minimum order quantities. We will go over the details of this during the design process, but just know that the pandemic has affected supply chains across the globe, and lead times will tend to be longer than normal. We at Ruby will always stay as on top of everything that is in our control, and we will be as efficient as possible from our end to make sure your order gets to you in a timely manner!
Your new socks will be received at Ruby HQ, where they will undergo a quality control check and quantities will be verified. If there is a discrepancy in quantities (ie- if you order 1,000 pairs of socks and only 995 are shipped), we will refund you the cost of the socks, or you can maintain it as a credit with Ruby towards future orders. Your order will then be packaged and shipped directly to you!
Another service we offer for custom orders is product photography. This can come in the form of website photos (which includes various shots of your socks on legs, typically on a white background unless you prefer something different), and styled shoots for socials! These are the perfect services for those brands looking to sell their goods online; it saves you countless headaches, and allows you to get your goods out in front of your customers before your order arrives, and ready to sell once it does!
